Job Description

Research Directions: Solvent - free lamination adhesives, automotive adhesives, polyurethanes, epoxy adhesives, photovoltaic materials, insulating resins

1.Responsible for the analysis, evaluation and testing of new adhesive materials.
2.Participate in the whole process from the initiation, R & D, mass production to technical service of new adhesive product development.
3.According to the demand feedback from sales staff, conduct relevant technical analysis, formulate and execute new product development plans.
4.Cooperate with sales staff in market promotion, customer training and related pre - sales work.
5.Provide technical services, solve customer problems and offer necessary on - site support.
6.Responsible for writing technical documents and reports, etc.
7.The work content may involve the synthesis of polyurethane prepolymers, the chemical modification of powders, experimental data analysis, and the compilation of experimental reports, etc.

Qualification Requirements

1.The courses studied in undergraduate and master's degrees include polymer physics and polymer chemistry, and the master's thesis is related to polymer materials.
2.Strong communication skills, maturity, stability and carefulness are pluses.
3.Professionalism, rigor, responsibility and stress - bearing ability are required.
