Impregnation Insulating Resin

Motors, transformers, electrical windings, and their assemblies are impregnated with resin. After the impregnation insulating resin penetrates and fills all the gaps in the workpiece and solidifies, it turns the workpiece into a dense and solid entity. This process enhances the mechanical strength of the workpiece, improves thermal conductivity and electrical insulation performance, and increases moisture resistance and environmental corrosion resistance.
