Spraying and Curing of Powder Coatings

First, the workpiece is treated for degreasing, dust removal, and rust removal, and then sprayed within 4 hours of pre-treatment. Electrostatic or friction spray guns are used to evenly apply the powder coating onto the surface of the workpiece. The coated workpiece is then introduced into a curing oven and cured at a certain temperature for a specific period. The curing ovens used can be electrically heated, infrared heated, or gas-fired. After cooling, the coated workpiece is obtained.
