1. Slightly sticky and stable adhesion performance
The protective film is applied to the surface of the polarizer, and the adhesion reaches 5±1g/50mm. After aging at 80℃ for 30 days, the adhesion reaches 7±1g/25mm, with no residue.
2. Excellent wettability
The protective film self-adheres to the polarizer surface without additional pressure, enabling automatic air release.
3. Excellent antistatic effect
The surface resistivity of our pressure-sensitive adhesive layer for polarizer protective film is<1010 Ohm/□ , higher than the industry standard value (<1012 Ohm/ □).
4. Excellent durability and low high-speed peel force
Thanks to the chemical structure advantages of our pressure-sensitive adhesive resin, such as higher molecular weight, narrower molecular weight distribution, strong cohesion, and additional hydrogen bonds, the high-speed peel force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive on the polarizer reaches 50~70 g/50mm after aging at 80°C for 30 days, which is better than the industry standard (80 g/50mm).
2. Pressure-sensitive adhesive for polarizer
1. Low initial adhesion
The 20-minute adhesion of our polarizer pressure-sensitive adhesive to liquid crystal glass reaches 400~600 g/25mm, with no residue upon peeling, allowing for rework.
2. Outstanding durability
The polarizer is bonded to the liquid crystal glass with pressure-sensitive adhesive. After double 85 aging for 500 hours, there is no undesirable phenomenon such as floating adhesive, bubbles, and delamination. The adhesion to the liquid crystal glass reaches 1500~2000 g/25mm, and there is no residual adhesive after peeling.
3. Excellent anti-light leakage performance
Using our pressure-sensitive adhesive, the polarizer is attached to both sides of the liquid crystal glass in an orthogonal direction. The light transmittance of the sample does not change before and after high-temperature aging.
4. Excellent antistatic effect
Our polarizer pressure-sensitive adhesive can be used to reduce the resistance of the adhesive layer by adding antistatic agents according to customer needs, and the surface resistivity can reach 109 Ohm/ □Horizontal.
