The optical performance of our OCA for cover glass fixing: transmittance ≥ 95%, haze ≤ 0.1, b value (measure of yellowing degree) ≤ 0.1, exceeding industry benchmarks..
2. Superior adhesion performance
The adhesion at 25℃ to Glass and HC (Hard coating) is ≥2000 g/25mm, and the adhesion at 100℃ to Glass and HC is ≥300 g/25mm; the initial adhesion of the ring can reach 1800 g/25mm.
3. High tensile strength Performance
The tensile strength of our cover glass after being fixed with three layers of adhesive made of OCA and an intermediate layer (hardening layer) is: ≥4MPa and ≥0.2MPa at 25℃ and 100℃ respectively.
2. OCA for backlight module
1. Excellent light transmittance
The optical performance of our backlight module OCA is: transmittance ≥ 95%, haze ≤ 0.1, b value ≤ 0.1, all of which are better than the industry standard values.
2. Excellent adhesion performance
The 20-minute adhesion performance of our backlight module OCA to the glass plate is as follows: at room temperature and 85°C, the peeling force reaches 50 and 33 N/25mm, respectively. After 3 days of double 85°C aging, the peeling force reaches 45 and 19 N/25mm at room temperature and 85°C, respectively.
3. Excellent heat resistance
The adhesion of our backlight module OCA to the glass plate is: under the conditions of 65℃-95%RH-1kg-20hr, the displacement is ≤1mm.
3. OCA for AF coating
1. Excellent adhesion performance
Our AF coating uses OCA to achieve adhesion of 50 g/25mm to the cover glass AF coating, and the thickness of the adhesive layer is only 35 mμm.
2. Excellent wettability
Our AF Coating with OCA can easily adhere to the AF coated surface without leaving any bubbles.
